Do I need therapy?

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. What you do need to know is that at White Rose Psychology Practice, therapy involves talking to a psychologist trained to help you deal with your negative feelings and distress. You do not have to be told by your GP that you have a mental health problem to be offered or benefit from a talking therapy.

At White Rose Psychology Practice, we will help you find the right psychologist to meet your own and your family’s needs. We are able to provide consultation, advice and therapy at a clinic near you although for specialist support you may also be offered the choice of video appointments at home. This will be from one of the psychologists on our national network who specialises in your type of difficulty.
