Dr Helen Nicholas (DClinPsy, C.Psychol, AFBPsS) is a registered and chartered psychologist specialising in trauma, anxiety and depression with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS and private practice.

​Core areas of expertise:

  • Dr Nicholas is an accredited EMDR therapist and is trained in humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT therapy at doctoral level.

  • She also conducts expert witness reports for civil court proceedings.
