Dr Heather Langham
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Heather Langham (DClinPsy, BSc) is a Clinical Psychologist who is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Heather has over twelve years’ experience of working therapeutically with people experiencing mental health difficulties. Heather has previously acted as an expert witness.

Heather has particular experience of working with adults throughout working age and retirement experiencing depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress symptoms.

Heather has completed accredited training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapist. Heather offers an integrative approach, drawing upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the “third-wave” CBT approaches of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
